Purchasing an account balance from L2SUPREME.COM grants you access to digital currency usable only for in-game purchases within the specified game environment.
The balance is non-transferable and strictly limited to the game for which it was purchased.
Returns Policy
L2SUPREME.COM offers a return policy under certain circumstances:
If the account balance is not delivered within 24 hours after purchase, you have the right to request a refund. If the received account balance cannot be used due to a defective, broken, or unusable item, you are entitled to request a refund.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your purchase and request a refund if:
The digital goods have not been delivered, and
The cancellation is requested within 3 business days of purchase.
L2SUPREME reserves the right to cancel any transaction in case of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized payments
- Violation of Terms of Service
In such cases, the balance may be revoked, and a refund process will be initiated.

Exceptions
No refunds will be issued once the account balance has been successfully used in-game, unless:- The item is proven defective

We comply with consumer protection laws applicable in your region that may allow refunds or exchanges for digital goods.
